Booking Process

STEP 1: Review My Portfolio:
To ensure you know what to expect out of your session, please take a moment to review my galleries, this will ensure that you can see what to expect from your session.

STEP 2: Chose & Book Session:
Ready to book your session? Click on “Sessions” and chose the session that best fits your photography needs. Please note that a 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required during the booking process. The booking deposit guarantees your booking date and is used against the total cost of your session.

STEP 3: Complete the agreement:
As much as we hate them, all sessions require an agreement between the client and the photographer. There’s no way around it, but don’t worry, we’ve eliminated all those legal techy terms and replaced them with simple terms. This agreement is normally one pager and protects both of us. You’ll receive the agreement via email once your booking deposit is received and cleared. Please be sure to complete, sign, and date before sending it back to me.

STEP 4: Booking Status Updated:
Once your agreement has been returned to us, your booking status will be updated to “Approved” status. This means that the date you chose for your session is now “Booked” and reserved.

STEP 5: Schedule A Free Consultation:
Once your booking status has been updated to “Approved”, we’ll email you to schedule a free consultation. We encourage you to take advantage of the consultation where we’ll review what should happen on the day of your photo shoot, wardrobe, poses, locations, etc. It’s also a good time to get to know each other.

STEP 6: Educate Yourself:
While waiting for your photo shoot, please take some time and visit our client education materials. You can review them on our website in the “For Clients” area. you’ll find self-help articles on how to prepare for your photo shoot day.

STEP 7: Enjoy Your Session:’ve waited this long for this day to come along. You got your hair cut, new clothes, and fresh makeup, now your ready to have fun. Once your session is complete, please allow up to 24 hours for processing of your images.

STEP 8: Approve/Select Images:
Once we are done processing your images, we’ll upload them to our online private gallery and send you credentials so you may review them. Please place a check mark next to the ones you want.

STEP 9: Images Delivered:
The images you  selected will be sent to you via Drop Box to your email address on file. Since we do not offer sizing or printing options, we’ll also include a “Right to use/print release”. This will allow you to have your images printed at a photo center. It will also allow you to share them on social media, provided you follow the terms of the release. 

STEP 10: Let me know what you think:
Once you have your images, please be sure to share them on social media, and also let us know what you think about your images!
